The college was opened at Qadian in 1944, with Hazrat Sahibzada Mirza Nasir Ahmad M.A. (Oxon) as Principal. After having been elected as Khalifatul Masih, in his farewell speech, Hazur said: " I have reared this college as my own child and the college will always remain dear to my heart." Many of us must have seen Chaudhry Mohammad Ahmad Boobak, Mahmood Aslam, Qureshi Mohammad Abdullah, Khawaja Abdus Sami,Zafar Mirza,Abdul Shakoor Shah and Tahir Ahmad Qureshi in the college office. It will be unfair not to mention our loving SHADI, who served the college, day and night when the college was at Lahore and later when it was shifted to Rabwah.(If someone could get me a photogrph of Shadi, I shall be pleased to put it on the website) Some of those who helped the Principal and staff were Rashid, Shamoon, Lal Din and Rashid. The college Tuck-shop was managed by Yousuf and later by...... (the names forgotten, if someone remebers, please let me know)..........Mr. Kanwar Idrees and Mr.Saeed Ahmad Khan Rehmani and Mr.Aftab Ahmad (all old students) remained on the staff for a short time. Maulvi Mohammad Din established the college library from the very beginning. From among the demonstrator one remember Messrs Mubarak Ahmad Madrasi, MunawarAhmad Chawinda, Dr. Ijaz Ahmad and Mohammad Aslam Qureshi. The writer cannot recall all the names and will gratefully accept and include the names of those he has missed. Under the inspiring leadership of it founder Principal, Hazrat Sahibzada Mirza Nasir Ahmad, the college made a rapid progress in both academic and atheletic fields. The college hat some of the best debating teams in the University of the Punjab. Under the patronage of the principal and the leadership of Prof. Chaudhry Mohammad Ali the college Rowing team became the unchallenged champion of the Punjab University. Later when Chaudhry Sahib took over the Basketball club of the college, Prof. Chaudhry Hamid Ahmad worked hard and the college Rowing teams maintained their pround positions in both the University and the Board. When the post-gradulation classes started in the sixties, the college had the rare honour of having six of its students among the top ten in the M.A. Arabic examination. Post graduate classes in Physics were started a couple of years before Hazrat Mirza Nasir Ahmad left the college as principal. With the untiring hard-work of Prof. Dr. Naseer Ahmad Khan the department of physics acquired some of the best science equipments in the country, of which even the Punjab University started feeling jealous. If our information is correct Fazal Elahi Anwari (later Maulana Fazal Elahi Anwari) was the first student to be admitted in the college with Roll No. one. Mr. Mujeeb-ur-Reham - Advocate, and Mr Abdus Sami Noon - Advocate are some of the earliest students of the college. Some of those who joined the college when M.A. Arabic classes opened include Chaudhry Mohammad Siddique, Librarian Khilafat Library, Masood Ahmad Jehlami (deceased), Hassan Mohammad Arif, Chaudhry Nasir-ud-Din (deceased), Mrs. Qanita Mujeeb and several other ladies.

Message from Hamid Ahmad Chaudhry, President T. I. College Old Students Association. It may look reidulous to give two photos of the same person, but this is being to enable the viewers recognise the man, and secondly to request them to send two of their own photos with the message - a photo of your JAWANI and another of your NAUJAWANI. This double photo will be deleted from the site if it does not find acceptance.
