Message from Prof. Dr. S. M. Shahid

My dear Members of T. I. College Old Students Association
Assalamo Alakum
I hope you are all enjoying good health. It has given me a great pleasure to know that the old students of T.I. College are sitting together to relish the sweet memories of their stay in the college.
The motto of the college was “Ilm-o-Amal”, which means get the best of knowledge and do accordingly.
On the insignia of the college, on the basis of this motto, stand Minaratul Masih, through the top of which spiritual light is spreading all around. So you are the bearers of spiritual torchlights.
I suggest that members of T. I. College Old Students Association should have a badge containing the insignia of their college. You had the honour of having your first principal in the person of Hazrat Khalifatul Masih II, under whose affectionate and illuminative patronage very eminent professors like, Prof. Mian Ata-ur-Rehman, Prof. Basharat-ur-Rehman, Prof. Ch. Mohammad Ali, Prof. Habibullah Khan, Prof. Naseer Ahmad Khan, Prof. Mirza Khurshid Ahmad, Prof. Ch. Hameedullah and Dr. Pervaiz Pervazi were teaching and guiding you most of the time.
You are also lucky to have amongst you yet another devoted student and later on professor of English in the person of Chaudhry Hamid Ahmad.
. I am sure you will continue to maintain the dignity of a T. I. College student and love and respect for one another and for all others as Hazrat Khalifatul Masih said “Love for all and hatred for none.”
May God bless you for all and for ever. Kindly pray for me as well.
Yours affectionately,
Dr. Sultan Mahmood Shahid

Message from Prof. Chaudhry Hameedullah, Wakil-e-Ala, Tehrik-e-Jadid

Dear Old boys
Assalam-o-Alaikum wa rahmatullahe wa barakatohu
Hamid Ahmad Chaudhry has been very enthusiastic in setting up the Talim-ul-Islam College Old Boys Association in Germany. His sincere efforts have at last borne fruits and the association has been firmly established. It has brought to life many forgotten old associations.
I had the privilege and the pleasure of participating in the association meeting in 2005 in Germany. This re-union with many old boys of the college was encouraging as well refreshing.
We have studied in this college and some of us have also served as teachers. The memories of the old days are part of our souls. We still see with the light lit by the great institution. This light is everlasting.

It was really a great privilege to be students of Hadrat Mirza Nasir Ahmad Sahib (Rahematullah Taala), Akhwand Abdull Qadir Sahib, Mian Ata-ur-Rahman Sahib, Professor Basharat-ur-Rahman Sahib, Professor Chaudhry Mohammad Ali Sahib, Sheikh Mahboob Alam Khalid Sahib, Maulana Arjumand Khan Sahib and many other distinguished teachers.
Consciously or unconsciously we are spreading around us the experiences we had at our ulma mater. Its impact is global and it is reality that the world has been benefiting from this institution through its old boys directly or indirectly.
